Robert followed Richard into the lab building, but instead of heading to the small office, they detoured to the

Noticing Frank's intense focus, Manson leaned over to ask, “Hey, Prince Frankie, what are you looking at?”

But Ted, who was sitting nearby, quickly pulled Mason back and gave him a stern look before stating, “Can’t you

just stay quiet for once?”

Mason fell silent.

Ted shot Mason a subtle glare, and Mason instantly behaved himself.

‘Seriously, does this guy need to act tough withevery single day or what?’ Mason grumbled to himself.

Frank looked away for a moment, a smile creeping onto his face as he saw Mason looking all sad. He quickly

jumped back into their earlier chat and said, “It’s nothing. So, what were we talking about?”

Charle chuckled and replied, “We were just saying that since we don’t have class tonight, we should go grab

dinner together...”

Mason's eyes lit up, and he excitedly said, “Since there are a lot of us, how about barbecue? | heard there's a

new outdoor BBQ place by the moat, and both the food and the atmosphere are great.”

Everyone turned to Frank, who usually didn’t mind what they ate. He simply nodded and said, “That sounds good

to me. If everyone's okay with it, let's go to that barbecue place.” place.”

honestly, they were just right for a group of fun-loving college guys.

They all looked to Frank, who typically didn’t care much about what they ate. He simply nodded and said, “Sure,

that sounds good to me. If everyone's on board, let's head to that barbecue joint.”

Karl quickly raised his hand and exclaimed, “I've got it! | just went there with a cute girl from the first-year class

yesterday...”

The office erupted with playful teasing and laughter, making Robert, who was being scolded on the other side,

feel even more isolated.

“I've already taken care of your mess, Robert. Letbe clear. This better be the only tyou do something

like this,” Richard said, his voice tense with frustration. He suspected Robert was here because of Beatrice, but

hearing his brother's request only made him angrier.

Robert didn’t even dare look up-his brother's glare was that intense. Honestly, if he weren't Richard's flesh and

blood, he probably would've been pinned to the floor and beaten by now.

“Got it,” he mumbled, nodding.

Richard shot back, clearly annoyed, “Louder. can’t hear you.”

sounding dead serious.
