Catlin’s breathing, already uneasy, tightened as she saw these photos. Behind the photos was a document and
Olivia's call records, with one number highlighted-it was the mistress’s number.
Looking at the long list of numbers, tracking how often Olivia contacted that woman, Catlin looked at the butler
in shock. “This...”
She was so shocked she couldn’t even hear her voice. She glanced again at the documents in her hand. It
detailed all the procedures for the mistress entering the company, and the role Olivia played in it.
She got the picture-the mistress was brought into the company by Olivia. Instantly, Catlin’s mind went
completely blank, and all the blood in her body seemed to flow backward uncontrollably.
“Ma’am, what's wrong?” The butler’s terrified voice pierced through, and the atmosphere in the entire living
room suddenly turned tense.
Stephanie and Allison had just finished their coffee and were planning to grab sfood when Allison’s phone
started ringing.

Stephanie thought it was Yanis calling. It seemed Allison had been through a lot with the Lewis family lately. Even
if she didn’t say it, Stephanie could sense her resistance towards the Lewis family now.
After hearing the news over the phone, Allison looked shocked. “Okay, | got it.” She hung up and looked at
Stephanie. “Catlin has been admitted to the hospital.”
Among Stephanie’s friends, whenever Catlin was mentioned, they would usually never say anything like “your
mom,” it was always “Catlin.” Such a mother, everyone knew, wasn't fit to be Stephanie's mom. And in
Stephanie's heart, she wasn’t her mom at all.
Stephanie raised an eyebrow. “What's going on?”
“I don’t know; it’s a call from a coworker at the hospital. If her health declines again, the Hart family is going to
be in even bigger trouble.”
The Hart family was already bad enough. If Catlin fell, no one would be there for Olivia. Stephanie said, “I think |
know why Catlin ended up in the hospital. This tit’s probably because of Olivia.”
Allison asked, “What?”
“Ella looked into your rumors, and they turned out to be true.”
“Oh my God.” It was terrifying just hearing those things, and now they were confirmed. “What exactly has Catlin
been protecting all these years?”
“She did a good job teaching Olivia; at least she knows who to trust and who not to.”
Allison couldn't agree more. Catlin was always said Stephanie have trouble telling who was close and who was
not. It seemed that Olivia was really good at it.
“She's probably going crazy, Allison said.
Stephanie said, “You never know, she might crawl out of the hospital to keep figuring things out for Olivia.”
Hearing this, Allison suddenly felt bewildered. “Alright, this has nothing to do with you anymore.”

“Exactly.” Anyway, Stephanie was heading back to Fiorenza. Even Long Harbor wouldn't have anything to do with
her soo let long the Hart family.
The two of them linked arms and went to find a place to eat. Allison got another phone call, and it was again
about Catlin. After hanging up, she said to Stephanie, “She's really upset this time. She might not be able to
make it.”

When Stephanie heard the news, she felt calm. It was not that she was cold, but she honestly didn’t have any
feelings for these people, especially after how they treated her when she got back to Long Harbor. Not making
their situation worse wa already kind of her.
“Poor Olivia,” Allison said. If Catlin really passed away, then Olivia wouldn't matter much at the Hart family
anymore.
The two walked into the restaurant. Just as they were about to order, Stephanie’s phone rang. It was Sebastian,
saying, “No spicy food.”
Stephanie replied, “Yeah, | know.” Her health hadn't completely recovered yet. Sebastian letting her out was
already uncommon. If she dared to cause trouble by eating the wrong things, future outings would be off the
menu.
After ending the call with Sebastian, Allison grinned at her. “Sebastian is really good to you.”
Stephanie replied, “He won't be just my brother anymore.”
Allison asked, “Huh?”
Stephanie said, “We're getting married.”
Allison felt a twinge of emotion at the word “married,” but it quickly faded. “Congratulations,” she said. Marriage
was really
wonderful.
Stephanie asked, “What about you and Yanis? When are you guys planning to get married?”
