The beggar went for a last-ditch effort nonetheless. "Did you think I'd be afraid of you?" Frank smirked. "I was hoping you wouldn't be!" He swung at the beggar, sending him slamming violently up the ceiling before crashing heavily on the floor.

He had been through plenty in the years he spent hiding his identity, so those two blows from Frank alone were far from overwhelming.
But for sreason, he was gripped with immeasurable terror-more so than what the other guy had instilled upon him. The person before his eyes was no different from a hungry beast, ready to tear him into pieces if he was not fed! Nonetheless, he asked, "C-Could you agree to a condition...?" "Don't worry, I'll find your family and shelter them. As for you—" The beggar shook his head. "I'll do anything as long as they are safe!" "Good. Now talk and stop wasting my time!" "Okay!" Once the beggar was done, Frank dropped to a crouch in front of Arya, staring at her icily.
"W-What do you want?" Arya exclaimed in terror and tried to run, but she was tied up and could not move. Still, she refused to just roll over and die, and she started crawling toward the gates like a worm.

Then, when Arya reached the gates, a formless power caught her and pulled her right back in front of Frank! Breaking down in tears, she sobbed, "Please! I get it—I messed up! Just letgo!" Frank growled coolly, "You know what they say. If apologies solvet everything, there'd be no need for cops. You have to be punished, or it'd be unfair for the good guys." "You have no right to judge me!" Arya bellowed furiously. "Don't talk like you're one of the good guys!" Frank chuckled. "You're right, I'm not-but have you considered what you are when you're abusing the less fortunate? It's called reaping what you sow, and you have no one else to blother than yourself!" Frank then turned toward the beggar. "Take her to the trader. Leave the rest to me!" The beggar nodded. "Alright!" As Arya understood what Frank was up to, she snapped, "You'll die screaming!" Frank chuckled. "Harsh, though that's you." And with that, he knocked her out so that she could not cause trouble.
The beggar then loaded Arya into a rundown van and drove off, while Frank once again followed it while carrying Hana and Rina.
Amusingly, the van stopped halfway and changed routes several times, even taking repeated detours! Hana frowned. "Is she trying to throw us off?" et Frank shook his head. "Not likely. Whoever he's dealing with must be changing places just to be safe, and being discreet is the nof the game."
