Brandon was dialing Kent's number.

The ring had barely finished its tune when the call was picked up.

"Mr. Crawley."

Kent's voice followed from the other end of the line.

"I need you to dig into something, check out who Patricia's been hanging out with lately."

Brandon instructed with a cool voice, "Especially find out what's the deal between her and Marian."

Kent's brow furrowed slightly, sensing something fishy, and quickly nodded, "Got it."

"Also, put a freeze on all of Patricia's cards."

Brandon ordered.

Kent was taken aback, "Huh?"

"Most of her cards are add-ons from my dad's account. Find a way to cut her off."

Brandon explained.

"Alright."

Kent snapped back to reality, quickly nodding, though he was a bit puzzled about what Patricia did to get on Brandon's bad side

this time.

Putting a freeze on the cards wouldn't be a walk in the park since she's been in the gfor years and most likely had her own

accounts. Freezing her assets was a whole other ball gand could lead to poking around into her financials, which if not

handled right, could land someone behind bars.

Given Patricia's involvement in thepany for so many years and her personality, it was a long shot to think she was squeaky

clean.

Though Kent was internally baffled, he didn't dare ask more questions, just nodded seriously, "I'll get someone on it right away."

"There's one more thing."

Brandon spoke up again, "The investigation you did foron Sophia - destroy all the findings."

If Daniel could dig up dirt, it meant others with the intent could too, and he didn't want Sophia's past exposed to prying eyes again.

Kent nodded eagerly, "Sure, I'll handle it."

"Mhm."

Brandon gave a brief acknowledgment, hung up, took a deep breath, andposed himself before turning to head to the master

bedroom.

As he approached the master bedroom door, it was pulled open from the inside. Sophia stood there, one hand on the doorknob, the

other holding Theresa, and in her grasp, a hairdryer.
